Terms of Software/Services

These Terms of Software/Services (the “Terms”) and the Seamless Standard Promise (the “SSP”) govern your access to and use of software, websites, products, programs, and services offered by Knivier. Why? This seems silly? Over the last couple years, the software I've built touches many genres, and many different types of users. I've had to make many decisions about how to handle things like data protection, liability, and intellectual property. This is my attempt to codify those decisions in a way that is easy to understand and follow. It may seem silly, but it's for my protection.
